Personal Site
Rating: 5-Stars
An excellent source of information on the topic of anger management.
Good reference sources, detailed sub-topics.
We all express our anger/frustration at some point in our lives,
whether it's with our family, friends, co-workers or the general
public. Anger is expressed in many different ways; verbal expression,
facial expression, gestures, and can be used to our benefit under
certain circumstances and to our detriment in other incidents. How
we chose to use/express our anger is learned and can be changed,
if we desire a change.
This site gives readers a better, more comprehensive understanding
of what anger is, how to react to anger, how to measure your anger,
and proven techniques to manage your anger.
The site has so much information that helps people deal with the
anger in their personal relationships; teens cope with angry parents;
teacher workshops that deal with anger in the classroom; workplace
anger, and special programs for police and prison professionals.
After reviewing several hundred Anger Management websites, I was
especially pleased with the resources offered by Leonard Ingram's
Anger Management site.

The Managing and Coping with Anger handbook really hit home with me
on so many points. I feel like I can now make a real start towards
addressing and working on my anger issues that have been with me for
such a long time. For most of this time, I was in denial about having
any problems with anger.
I realize that I have a lot of work to do but at the same time, and
really for the first time, I feel like I've got some actual "tools"
to work with. Thanks for writing this spiritual and very helpful book.
Please keep up the good work.
